LT Overseas Board recommends final dividend of Rs.1

LT Overseas Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 27, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a final dividend of Re 1/- per share (10%), subject to approval of members in the AGM.
