Ansal Properties to allot bonus shares

Ansal Properties & Infrastructure Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 04, 2007, inter alia, to consider, allotment of Bonus Shares to Members, whose names appear on the Register of members / beneficial owners as on the Record Date (i.e. April 24, 2007), in terms of the approval given by the members by way of voting through Postal Ballot on March 19, 2007.
