Spice Ltd has announced that the name of the Company has been changed from "Spice Ltd" to "Spice Mobiles Ltd" w.e.f. April 26, 2007. The Company received the Fresh Certificate of Incorporation received from the Registrar of Companies, U.P. consequent upon change of name of the Company.
