Hon'ble High Court of Mumbai approves scheme of merger of Shiva Fertilizers

Shiva Fertilizers Ltd has announced that the Honourable High Court of Mumbai in its order dated April 21, 2007 has approved the merger of Parvati Fertilizer Pvt Ltd with the Company.

The stock closed on Friday at Rs.11, down by Rs.0.16 or 1.43%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.11.71 and low of Rs.10.61.
