Twentyfirst Century Management Board declares interim dividend

Twentyfirst Century Management Services Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 27, 2007, inter alia, has transacted the following:

1. Declared an interim dividend @ 12% for the financial year 2007-08.

2. Recommended a dividend @ 9% for the financial year 2006-07 subject to the approval of shareholders.
