Saksoft Revenue vaults to Rs.94.64 crores

Saksoft's turnover almost doubled for the full year ended 31st March 2007 to Rs.94.64 crores against a turnover of Rs.48.63 crores for the year ended 31st March 2006. The company, improved its QoQ performance significantly by clocking 390% growth with a profit after tax of Rs.258.84 lacs for the quarter ended 31st March 2007 against Rs.52.40 lacs for the immediately preceding quarter.

Mr.Aditya Krishna, Managing Director of the company expressed that the results are inline with the internal planning. He further elaborated "We have in last two quarters after acquiring Acuma UK, aligned the delivery and economic model of both companies to leverage each other's strength. With the smooth integration of operations between Saksoft and Acuma in place, we are beginning to see results of integrated enterprise value in line with our expectations. We are confident that in FY 2007-08, we will reap significant benefits from the acquisition both in the top line and the bottom line."

Saksoft is expanding its capacity in its Noida development center by adding another 35000 sq.ft. It is also in the look out for suitable space to expand its Chennai development center. Mr.Ramanathan, Executive Director explained that these capacities are in line with the planned revenue and people growth for next 2-3 years.
