Nitco gets approval for CDR Package

Nitco Ltd's proposal for restructuring its debt has been approved by the Empowered Group of Corporate Debt Restructuring (CDR) cell vide its Letter of Approval (LOA) dated December 26, 2012.

The Nitco Ltd stock was trading at Rs.24.55, up by Rs.0.85 or 3.59%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.25.75 and low of Rs.23.80.

The total traded quantity was 1.43 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 0.40 lakhs.
