Premco Global to consider allotment of 1,50,000 shares to promoter at Rs.28

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Premco Global Ltd will be held on December 22, 2012, to consider and approve the allotment of 1,50,000 Equity Shares to Mr. Suresh Harjani one of the promoters of the Company for a price of Rs. 28/- per share aggregating to Rs. 42,00,000/- (Rupees Forty Two Lacs only) as approved by members at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on December 11, 2012.
