Sudar Industries to consider fund raising

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Sudar Industries Ltd will be held on November 30, 2012, to consider issue of various financial instruments such as Global Depository Receipts [GDRs], American Depository Receipts [ADRs], Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds [FCCBs], etc. under section 81 (1A) of the Companies Act 1956, subject to the approval of the Members of the Company.

The Sudar Industries Ltd stock closed the day at Rs.130.15, down by Rs.2.95 or 2.22%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.136 and low of Rs.129.55.
