DHL to divest 6.03% stake in Blue Dart Express Ltd through Offer for Sale of Shares

DHL Express (Singapore) Pte Ltd (the "Seller") has announced an Offer for Sale an aggregate of 1,431,937 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each of Blue Dart Express Ltd (the "Company and such equity shares referred to as "Sale Shares") representing 6.03% of the equity share capital of the Company as on November 23, 2012 by Promoter through a sale on the separate window provided by the BSE Ltd & NSE Ltd (the "Stock Exchanges") for this purpose.

The Sale shall take place at the separate window of the Stock Exchanges and shall commence on November 23, 2012 at 9.15 a.m. and shall close the same day at 3.30 p.m. Indian Standard Time ("Sale Date").

The Blue Dart Express stock was trading at Rs.2056.60, up by Rs.342.75 or 20%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.2056.60 and low of Rs.1605.

The total traded quantity was 71853 compared to 2 week average of 247.
