OBC to raise Rs.1200 crore Capital by issuing Lower Tier II Bonds

Oriental Bank of Commerce has plans to raise capital by issue of unsecured Lower Tier II Bonds in the nature of Debentures (Debt Capital Instruments for inclusion as Tier II Capital) upto Rs. 1200 crore. Complete details shall be furnished, while launching the issue.

The Oriental Bank of Commerce stock was trading at Rs.325.25, up by Rs.7.55 or 2.38%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.328 and low of Rs.314.60.

The total traded quantity was 0.78 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 0.63 lakhs.
