Everest Kanto Cylinder to repay US$ 35,000,000 Zero Coupon Convertible Bonds due 2012

Everest Kanto Cylinder Ltd will be repaying the entire Redemption Amount payable in respect of the Zero Coupon Convertible Bonds Due 2012 on their maturity date of October 10, 2012, from internal accruals and rupee term loan from an Indian bank.

The Everest Kanto Cylinder Ltd stock closed the day at Rs.32.70, down by Rs.0.65 or 1.95%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.33.75 and low of Rs.32.40.

The total traded quantity was 2.24 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 4.39 lakhs.
