Sambandam Spinning Board to consider dividend

Sambandam Spinning Mills Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 09, 2007, to consider and approve the Audited Accounts / Financial Statements of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2007 and to consider recommendation of Dividend for the year 2006-2007.

The stock closed the day at Rs.120, down by Rs.1.90 or 1.56%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.125.30 and low of Rs.120. The total traded quantity was 4012 shares compared to 2 week average of 1354.
