Satra Properties Board declares third interim dividend

Satra Properties India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 19, 2007, inter alia, has declared 3rd interim dividend @ 10% i.e. Re 1/- per share for the year 2006-2007.

The stock closed the day at Rs.655.45, up by Rs.31.20 or 5%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.655.45 and low of Rs.622.40. The total traded quantity was 14780 compared to 2 week average of 8675.
