Delta Corp redeems NCRPS

The Board of Directors of Delta Corp Ltd at its meeting held on July 31, 2012, have considered the redemption of 1,22,38,535 - 8% Non- Cumulative Redeemable Preference Shares of Rs.10/- each, fully paid-up.

The Delta Corp Ltd stock was trading at Rs.59.95, up by Rs.2.35 or 4.08%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.61 and low of Rs.58.15.
