Global Offshore Services allots 62300 Equity Shares upon conversion of Warrants

The Shares / Warrants Allotment Committee of Global Offshore Services Ltd on July 25, 2012, allotted 62,300 Equity Shares on a preferential allotment basis upon conversion of warrants at a price of Rs. 121/- per share (including premium of Rs. 111/- per share) to Promoters.

Consequent to the above allotment of shares, the issued and Paid-up share capital of the Company now stands at Rs. 24,71,00,930.

The Global Offshore Services Ltd stock closed the day at Rs.73.70, down by Rs.1.60 or 2.12%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.76.75 and low of Rs.73.50.
