The Board of Directors of Sterling Holiday Resorts India Ltd at its meeting held on July 23, 2012, has approved the allotment of 30,39,888 Equity Shares arising out of conversion of Warrants issued on preferential basis.

The Sterling Holiday Resorts India Ltd stock was trading at Rs.87.70, up by Rs.1.45 or 1.68%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.90.25 and low of Rs.86.90.
