Jyothy Laboratories allots 8,06,32,000 Bonus Shares

The Bonus Issue Committee of the Board of Directors of Jyothy Laboratories Ltd at their meeting held on July 16, 2012, had allotted 8,06,32,000 (Eight Crore Six Lac Thirty Two Thousand) equity shares of Re.1 each aggregating Rs.8,06,32,000 (Rupees Eight Crore Six Lac Thirty Two Thousand Only) by capitalization out of Securities Premium Account and distributed as fully paid-up bonus shares in the ratio of 1 (one) equity shares for every 1 (one) equity share to those shareholders whose names appeared on Register of Members as on July 16, 2012 / Register of Beneficiaries as at closing of working hours of July 14, 2012.
