3i Infotech Ltd allots 92,13,141 Equity shares against conversion of FCCBs

3i Infotech Ltd has allotted 92,13,141 equity shares on July 10, 2012 against conversion notices received in respect of the captioned FCCBs, which are a part of the 5% Convertible Bonds due 2017 of principal value USD 125,356,000 issued and listed on Singapore Stock Exchange on April 26, 2012.

The allottees include India CB Fund Limited (61,34,912 shares) and Swiss Finance Corporation (Mauritius) Limited (30,78,229 shares).
