3i Infotech Ltd allots Equity shares under CDR Package

Pursuant to the terms of the Master Restructuring Agreement (the "Master Restructuring Agreement") dated March 30, 2012 entered into between the lenders subscribing to the CDR Package (the "CDR Lenders") and 3i Infotech Ltd, 3i Infotech Ltd has allotted 22,59,12,409 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each at a price of Rs. 19.74 on June 29, 2012.

The 3i Infotech Ltd stock closed the day at Rs.11.14, up by Rs.0.88 or 8.58%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.11.39 and low of Rs.10.30.

The total traded quantity was 37.81 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 15.07 lakhs.
