Pantaloon Retail India allots 800 OFCDs to Peter England Fashions and Retail Ltd.

The Committee of Directors of Pantaloon Retail (India) Ltd at their Meeting held on June 14, 2012, have made allotment of 800 optionally fully Convertible Debentures (OFCDs) of Rs.1,00,00,000/- each aggregating to Rs.800,00,00,000/- to Peter England Fashions and Retail Limited, an Investor not forming part of Promoter Group on a preferential basis in accordance with Chapter VII of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2009.

The Pantaloon Retail (India) Ltd stock was trading at Rs.168.40, up by Rs.3.55 or 2.15%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.169.35 and low of Rs.166.05.
