HDFC allots 33300 Shares pursuant to exchange of Warrants

Housing Development Finance Corporation Ltd has on June 06, 2012 allotted 33,300 equity shares of Rs. 2 each, pursuant to exchange of 33,300 Warrants by 14 Warrant holders of the Corporation.

Further, the Corporation has extinguished the said 33,300 Warrants and the outstanding Warrants post the said exchange stands at 5,46,62,280.

Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Corporation would stand at Rs. 295,63,22,980 consisting of 147,81,61,490 equity shares of Rs. 2 each.

The Housing Development Finance Corporation Ltd stock was trading at Rs.649.35, up by Rs.5.25 or 0.82%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.652 and low of Rs.644.10.

The total traded quantity was 0.39 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 1.38 lakhs.
