Hon'ble High Court of Rajasthan, Jaipur approves Scheme of Merger of Bank of Baroda

Bank of Baroda has announced that Hon'ble High Court of Rajasthan, Jaipur vide their order dated March 23, 2007 approved the Scheme of Merger of BOB Housing Finance Ltd (BOBHFL) with the Bank, a certified copy of which has been filed with Registrar of Companies (ROC), Rajasthan, Jaipur on April 05, 2007.

With the aforesaid the BOBHFL (100% subsidiary of the Bank) stands merged with the Bank.

The shares of the bank closed the day at Rs.225.45, up by Rs.12.45 or 5.85%. The total traded quantity was 321634 shares compared to 2 week average quantity of 239979 shares.
