Nutraplus Products India Ltd approves preferential issue

The Board of Directors of Nutraplus Products India Ltd at its meeting held on April 28, 2012 approved issue of 4,00,000 Equity Shares and 3,00,000 Optionally Fully Convertible Warrants on preferential basis to the Promoter Group, Person Acting in Concert with them subject to approval of the shareholders of the Company.

The Board also approved Scheme of Arrangement for amalgamation of Dynamic Metal Powders Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary company, subject to approval of the High Court and such other authorities, as necessary.

Shares of Nutraplus Products India Ltd was trading in BSE at Rs.24.15, down by Rs.0.40 or 1.63%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.25 and low of Rs.24.10.

The total traded quantity was 2036 compared to 2 week average of 13309.
