Jaihind Synthetics Ltd to issue 95 lakh warrants

The Board of Directors of Jaihind Synthetics Ltd at its meeting held on April 16, 2012, has decided to issue and allot 95,00,000 (Ninety Five lakh's only) Warrants to promoters and other strategic investors at such price as may be arrived at on the relevant date pursuant to the listing guidelines.

The Jaihind Synthetics Ltd stock closed the day at Rs.10.10, up by Rs.0.43 or 4.45%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.10.15 and low of Rs.9.33.

The total traded quantity was 1.04 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 0.82 lakhs.
