Aksh Optifibre Updates on fund raising proposal

Aksh Optifibre Ltd has announced that pursuant to the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held on March 26, 2007, the Company intends to come up with further issue of upto US$ 14.25 million (including the green shoe option of US$ 3 Million).
