Simplex Realty Sells Investment

Simplex Realty Ltd has sold entire 10,000 equity shares of nominal value Rs. 10/- each of Simplex Renewable Resources Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, and accordingly the Simplex Renewable Resources Private Limited has ceased to be subsidiary of the Company with effect from February 29, 2012.

The Simplex Realty Ltd stock closed the day at Rs.122, up by Rs.7.95 or 6.97%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.122 and low of Rs.114.25.
