IDFC to raise US$ 1,500,000,000

Infrastructure Development Finance Company Ltd has filed the Offering Circular with Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (the "SGX-ST") for listing of notes to be issued pursuant to the Company's US$ 1,500,000,000 (or its equivalent in other currencies) Medium Term Notes Programme ("MTN").

The Infrastructure Development Finance Company Ltd stock was trading at Rs.145.50, down by Rs.5.25 or 3.48%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.153.55 and low of Rs.144.80.
