Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India allots 410000 Equity Shares

The Share Allotment / Transfer - cum - Investors Grievances Committee of the Board of Directors of Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Ltd at their Meeting held February 20, 2012, has allotted 4,10,000 Equity Shares of the Company to "Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Limited Employees' Stock Option Trust". For the above allotment, the Company has obtained in-principle approval from Exchange vide letter dated January 19, 2012.

The Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Ltd stock was trading at Rs.326, up by Rs.7.90 or 2.48%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.326 and low of Rs.318.
