AXIS Bank allots 182851 Equity Shares under ESOP

The Committee of Directors of AXIS Bank Ltd, on February 20, 2012, has made the allotment of 1,82,851 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each, under ESOP Scheme of the Bank.

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly get increased to 41,28,73,813 equity shares from 41,26,90,962 equity shares.

The AXIS Bank Ltd stock was trading at Rs.1296, up by Rs.14.70 or 1.15%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.1309 and low of Rs.1268.

The total traded quantity was 2.50 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 2.70 lakhs.
