Pingar Signs Agreement with CMC Limited to Establish First Indian Partnership

Pingar, as part of the expansion of its global partner network has signed an agreement with CMC Limited at the "Leap Forward: Tranforming Information: Transforming Business" event in Bangalore, India. The agreement, Pingar's first partnership in India, will provide CMC and its enterprise clients with an increased ability to manage unstructured data to gain efficiency and improve the quality of business process, collaboration and content management programs.

The CMC agreement further validates the global enterprise need for unstructured date management solutions that integrate with existing content and database management systems. The agreement between the two companies represents an efficient reseller channel for Pingar, providing access to a vast network of clients in a number of regions worldwide in industries including: banking and financial services, insurance, government, manufacturing, energy resources and utilities, transportation, shipping, high tech and telecom, retail and fast moving consumer goods, defense and space, and education and training.

Pingar now holds significant reseller contracts in Asia, Australasia, Europe, India and the United States.

The stock closed the day at Rs.936, up by Rs.8.80 or 0.95%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.945 and low of Rs.928.

The total traded quantity was 1101 compared to 2 week average of 2057.
