Dena Bank to issue shares to LIC

The Board of Directors of Dena Bank at its meeting held on February 06, 2012, has approved issuance of equity shares on preferential basis to Life Insurance Corporation of India subject to a maximum of 5% of the post issue capital of the Bank and subject to compliance with SF81 (ICDR) Regulations, 2009.

The Dena Bank stock was trading at Rs.80.10, up by Rs.0.30 or 0.38%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.82.40 and low of Rs.78.75.

The total traded quantity was 17.27 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 7.84 lakhs.
