KCP reclassifies share capital

The Board of Directors of KCP Ltd at its meeting held on February 06, 2012, 22,10,22,520 (Twenty two crores ten lakhs twenty two thousand five hundred and twenty only) Unclassified Shares of Re. 1/- (Rupee one only) in the Authorised share capital of the Company were re-classified into 22,10,22,520 (Twenty two crores ten lakhs twenty two thousand five hundred and twenty only) Equity Shares of Re. 1/- (Rupee one only) each and accordingly, the Authorized share capital of the Company shall comprise of 35,00,00,000 equity shares of Re. 1/- each and 200,00,000 Preference shares of Rs. 10/- each.
