Indusind Bank allots 36975 shares under ESOS

Indusind Bank Ltd has allotted 36,975 (Thirty Six Thousand Nine Hundred Seventy Five Only) equity shares of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten Only) each on February 03, 2012 to those grantees who had exercised their option under the Company’s employee Stock Option Scheme.

The said shares will rank pari passu with the, existing shares of the Company in all respect.

The Indusind Bank stock closed the day at Rs.296.50, down by Rs.2.60 or 0.87%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.301.60 and low of Rs.290.70.

The total traded quantity was 0.61 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 0.71 lakhs.
