L&T Finance Holdings allots 31825 Shares

L&T Finance Holdings Ltd has allotted 31,825 (Thirty One Thousand Eight Hundred Twenty Five only) shares on January 25, 2012, to those grantees who had exercised their options under the L&T FHL ESOP Scheme 2010.

The said shares will rank pari-passu with the existing shares of the Company in all respects.

The L&T Finance Holdings stock closed the day at Rs.48.40, up by Rs.0.50 or 1.04%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.48.75 and low of Rs.48.05.

The total traded quantity was 3.43 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 1.75 lakhs.
