Lincoln Pharmaceuticals Board recommends 12% dividend

Lincoln Pharmaceuticals Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 31, 2006, inter alia, has approved the final Dividend @ 12% on face values of Rs 2/- per share for the financial year ended on March 31, 2006.
