Kolte-Patil Developers Limited has unveiled 'Life Republic' an ultramodern township near the IT hub, Hinjewadi, Pune. The township is being developed under the special township policy of the Government of Maharashtra.
The first phase of this futuristic township was announced by Mr.Rajesh Patil, Chairman and Managing Director, Kolte-Patil Developers Limited today. The first phase of 'Life Republic' will consist of an overall development and construction of about 2.5 million square feet consisting of 1, 2, 3 and 4 BHK apartments and 3, 4 and 5 bedroom villas along with a school, healthcare facility, convenience retail, facilities for art, culture and sports are amongst other lifestyle facilities.
The size of apartments at 'Life Republic' ranges between 600 - 3000 square feet, whereas the sizes of villas would be in the range of 2500 - 5000 square feet. Thus 'Life Republic' has a home to suit needs and budgets of everyone with homes in the range of Rs.25 lac to 5 crore.
Besides this, the entire township will have a full-fledged road network to be built to international specifications, which will ensure rapid connectivity with Hinjewadi, Expressway bye-pass and the Pimpri-Chinchwad Municipal Corporation.
Life Republic would also house dedicated sports academies for football, tennis, cricket, badminton etc. Large playgrounds, walkways for walking, cycling and jogging shall also be developed.
Renowned national and international planning practices, architects and engineers are behind the design of 'Life Republic'. Phase 1 at 'Life Republic' is open now and the possesssion of the villas and apartments in this phase shall start from 2014.
The stock was trading at Rs.34.35, up by Rs.0.90 or 2.69%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.34.50 and low of Rs.33.70.
The total traded quantity was 8358 compared to 2 week average of 11542.
