Cranes Software to issue share at Rs.110

Cranes Software International Ltd has announced that the Board Sub-Committee of the Company at its meeting held on August 30, 2006, has approved an issue price of Rs 110/- per share, for the proposed preferential issue of equity shares of the Company to InventX Inc., for which the share holders approval is sought at the AGM scheduled to be held on September 11, 2006.
