Panasonic Home recommends 10% interim dividend

Panasonic Home Appliances India Company Ltd has announced that the members at the 18th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on August 30, 2006, inter alia, have accorded to the following: Confirmation of the interim dividend @ 10% declared by the Board of Directors on August 31, 2006 and paid for the year ended March 31, 2006.
