JM Financial allots shares to investors at Rs.639

JM Financial Ltd has announced that the Committee of Directors (CoD) at its meeting held on August 29, 2006 has allotted 12,26,667 equity shares of the face value of Rs 10/- each at a price of Rs 639/- per share to the following investors:

Blue Ridge Ltd Partnership - 760,534 (no of Shares)

Blue Ridge Offshore Master Ltd Partnership - 466,133 (no of Shares).
