Toshiaki Nakagawa and Sumihisa Fukuda resign from Hero Honda Motors Ltd

Mr. Toshiaki Nakagawa, Jt. Managing Director and Mr. Sumihisa Fukuda, Technical Director of Hero Honda Motors Ltd have resigned from the Board of Directors w.e.f. March 22, 2011 and the same has been considered and approved by the Board of Directors of the Company by way of passing resolution by circulation on March 31, 2011.

The stock was trading at Rs.1615, up by Rs.28.45 or 1.79%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.1633 and low of Rs.1596.10.
