Hon´ble High Court, Mumbai approves Scheme of Amalgamation of Shree Global Tradefin

Shree Global Tradefin Ltd has announced that the Hon’ble High Court, Mumbai by its order dated August 11, 2006 (Certified Copy of the order received on August 25, 2006) has approved the Scheme of Amalgamation of M/s Harold International Ltd, M/s Tradition Exim Ltd; M/s Sanford Steel Pvt Ltd and M/s Salvador Steel Pvt Ltd with the Company, and reduction of share capital of the Company as envisaged in the scheme.
