AstraZeneca Pharma Board recommends dividend

AstraZeneca Pharma India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 23, 2007, inter alia, has decided to transfer Rs 50 million to General Reserves. The Board has also recommended declaration of Dividend of Rs 12/- per equity share (Face Value Rs 2/- each) subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
