Parichay Investments announces Post Open Offer Status of shareholding

Fedex Securities Ltd ("Manager to the Offer"), on behalf of Shri. Omi Bagadiya, Smt. Shobha Bagadiya, Shri. Anurag Agrawal & Smt. Ritu Agrawal ("Acquirers") has issued this Post Offer Public Announcement ("PA") to the equity shareholders of Parichay Investments Ltd (Target Company) which is in continuation of and should be read in conjunction with the original Public Announcement ("PA") dated October 19, 2006 and corrigendum to PA dated January 03, 2007.
