Zuari Industries forms Zuari SEZ Ltd to set up IT, ITES SEZ

Zuari Industries Ltd has announced that M/s. Zuari SEZ Ltd, a Company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956, with an object of development of "Sector Specific" Special Economic Zone i.e. Information Technology and Information Technology Enabled Services, has become a subsidiary of the Company w.e.f February 21, 2007.
