Megasoft equity shareholders approve Scheme of Amalgamation

Megasoft Ltd has announced that the equity shareholders of the Company at its court convened meeting held on January 22, 2007, have approved the Scheme of Amalgamation of VisualSoft Technologies Ltd with the Company.
