Clariant Chemicals Board recommends dividend

Clariant Chemicals India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 22, 2007, inter alia, has recommended the payment of dividend of Rs 18 including "Golden Jubilee" special dividend of Rs 10 per equity share (Previous year dividend Rs 11 per equity share.
