Karuturi Networks Board to consider Bonus Issue

Karuturi Networks Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 01, 2007, inter alia, for consideration of Bonus Shares in the Ratio 1:1 to shareholders and consequent Price reset for the FCCB holders.
