SP Capital acquires 45% in Pride Orchades Pvt Ltd

SP Capital Financing Ltd has announced that the Company has acquired 1,49,500 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each in Pride Orchades Pvt Ltd. The Company earlier hold 4,50,000 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each i.e. 45% in the Company.

Thus the total shareholding of the Company in Pride Orchades Pvt Ltd, is 5,99,500 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each i.e. 60%. There by making it a subsidiary of the Company.
