Godawari Power Board to consider interim dividend, to consider increasing stake to 100% in RR Ispat Ltd

Godawari Power & Ispat Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 02, 2007, inter alia, to consider, the following business:

1. To consider the proposal for declaration of Interim Dividend.

2. To consider the proposal for acquisition of balance 48.56% equity shares of M/s. R R Ispat Ltd, a closely held subsidiary Company, engaged in manufacturing of steel wire rods and wires, value added products, in which the Company is already holding 51.44% equity stake.
